DRAIN CLEANING:
Cable any drain up to 4".......................$49.50
Hydro jetting 1" thru 3"...................$185.00
Hydro jetting 4" thru 12" trailer mount....$325.00
Additional charge as needed to complete job:
Pull and reset toilet or urinal................$25.00
No additional charge to clean drain thru roof vent access or to remove p-trap.
Plumbing Repairs:
All plumbing repairs are quoted on a flat rate price and rates are based on $75.00 per hour. Please call our office for a price list on basic repairs.
Holiday Rates:
We respect our staff and their families and believe that, if they must work on a holiday, we at Option One Plumbing & Rooter should pay double time, so our charge is double the normal rate.
Out of area service charge:
We add $100.00 to all service calls out of our normal area.
